Terms of use

1. What you buy

You buy a license to use Gemhaul, a program for Windows PC that automates gem farming in Rise of Kingdoms. One payment gives you a license for 30 days. Gemhaul is an independent tool. It is not made by, approved by or connected to the makers of Rise of Kingdoms.

2. Price and payment

The price is 12 euros for each 30 days. You pay by PayPal on the Gemhaul site. Nothing renews by itself. When your 30 days are almost over we will remind you in the Discord, and you can pay again if you want to continue.

3. Delivery

After we see your payment, we send you a download link and your license key in a private message on Discord. This usually happens within one day. You need to be in the Gemhaul Discord to receive it.

4. Your license

• The license is for you, one person, for your own use.
• Do not share your files or your key, and do not resell them.
• If a key is shared or misused, we can end that license.

5. The risk of using it

Bots are against the rules of Rise of Kingdoms, and the game's anti-cheat can catch them. A warning, lost resources, or a ban can happen to you. We cannot predict or prevent this, and we cannot promise that any way of using Gemhaul is safe. We recommend using a spare account. You use Gemhaul at your own risk, and we are not responsible for what the game does to your account.

6. Your right to cancel, and refunds

• Immediate delivery. Gemhaul is delivered digitally and right after we see your payment. By paying you agree that delivery starts immediately. If you are a consumer in the EU, you then lose your 14-day right to cancel once we have sent your files and key.
• Our own promise. If Gemhaul does not run on your PC and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your payment, you get a full refund. To qualify, send us your fast_log.txt so we can try to fix it first.
• No refund for a warning, lost resources or a ban from the game. The risk is explained on this page and on the site before you pay.
• Nothing here limits any rights you have by law.

7. Updates and changes

The game can change and break Gemhaul. We will try to update it, but we cannot promise that it will always work. If we stop offering Gemhaul, we refund the days you paid for and have not used.

8. Our responsibility

Gemhaul is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using it, including penalties from the game. Our responsibility for anything else is limited to the amount you paid for the current 30 days. This does not limit anything that the law does not allow us to limit.

9. Ending

You can stop at any time by not paying again. We can end your license if you break these terms. We will tell you why.
